Large building projects on restoration objects can be accompanied by complex surveying. Beyond the deformation-true tacheometric survey as a basis for planning the changes in the building (break-off-documentation, monitoring measurement) can be documented and specialized surveying during the building phases can take place (marking of axis, height levels and control measurements).

Apart from the tacheometric building survey site plans and contour maps as well as tree population plans can be provided for complex planning of restoration and new-build, disposal and supply plans and last but not least the planning of external works.

The tachymetric building survey is achieved predominantly with a reflectorless electronic tacheometer in a uniform coordinate system with the software which has specifically been developed for coded tachymetric building survey, metigo TAC. In this way the combination of photogrammetry and building survey is ensured at a high level of accuracy.

Profile heights and axis can be marked in the building by meter markers, so that additional measuring by hand is possible. The evaluation of the measurement for all floor plans, crosswise and longitudinal sections, wall developments, facade drawings etc. takes place in the CAD system.

To analyse and illustrate the deformation of buildings three-dimensional measuring data is used to calculate surface models. The required data is collected by photogrammetric evaluation of stereo images, tacheometric point measurements or with a laser scanner. From the produced digital surface model profiles and heights can be derived.

Monitoring of the continuous vertical movement of buildings at intervals is performed with precision levelling over durably marked bench marks with digital levels. Inclinations and deformations are geodetically determined and supervised by tacheometric measurement of defined measuring points. These surveys can take place over several years, the results will be presented in a suitable form as tables or graphics.
